Where to Outsource Your Online Business Components
There many places where you can find people or company where you can outsource tasks that are components of your online business.
Basically there are two categories for these places: FREE Market and CONTROLLED Market.
These are my own terms to simply explain the two characteristics.
1. Free Market
FREE Market is where you can make a deal with service providers without any moderation of third party. Usually, your position as a buyer is weak because there is no third party that could help you if the service provider you choose turns out to be a scammer.
This kind of market is formed based on trust of the people in the community. A tip to survive in this type of market is, don’t pay full in advance unless it is the amount of money you can lose.
The reward of using this market is that you can get service cheap. Plus, you could get a trustworthy long-term business partner.
Here are some example of this FREE Market:
2. Controlled Market
This type of market is just the opposite of Free Market. Your deal is moderated and your position as buyer is well protected. Usually, a third party who runs the market provide you with an ESCROW service. With ESCROW you can have the third party to hold on your money until you agreed to give it to the service provider. This way, you can have your project completed just like you want it, before you make actual payment.
If there is any dispute between you and the service provider, the third party will come to help solve the problem. This kind of protection is great when you want to outsource EXPENSIVE and DEADLINE ORIENTED projects. You really don’t want the headache.
These are some examples of this type of market:
I hope this resource list can benefit you and help you take your online business to the next level.
