Sunday Relax: Ideas From Korankei
I went to a place called Korankei (picture will be uploaded later). It’s a sightseeing place with a river and maple trees view.
In autumn many people visit this place to see the maple leaves. Most of them came at night!
You see, there are a lot of places like Korankei or maybe even more beautiful than Korankei. But this place has a twist that made people want to visit it.
At night in Korankei you can see the maple trees lighted up with tens of lights. The light s really create a beautiful view that hard to find elsewhere. And that’s the selling point of Korankei and many people come to ‘buy’ this.
Lesson learned.
If you are selling something that is similar with other people’s product, then you need to put a twist with your offer. And it doesn’t have to be lowering the price. Anyone can lower prices, but it’s only a temporary sales booster. It is best if you come up with a better offer compare to your competitor.
Just like Korankei.
I hope you enjoy this lesson from Korankei.
