Plan Your Way To Success
In today’s Gospel reading, I found it very related to business.
It is just a very powerful message, that I feel guilty if I’m not sharing it with you my readers.
The reading was from Luke 14:25-33. I’m going to quote what has resonated with my mind.
Anyone who does not carry his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. And indeed, which of you here, intending to build a tower, would not first sit down and work out the cost to see if he had enough to complete it? Otherwise, if he laid the foundation and then found himself unable to finish the work, the onlookers would all start making fun of him and saying, “Here is a man who started to build and was unable to finish.”
How many of you have crafted your plan? Plan for your next blogs, your next products or your next websites?
Making a plan is not an easy task. It’s just like carrying a cross according to Jesus. If your not going to do it, then you will never achieve your success.
Learn from the parable above. You’ll understand that it’s the truth.
Here’s another parable found in Luke:
Or again, what king marching to war against another king would not first sit down and consider whether with ten thousand men he could stand up to the other who advanced against him with twenty thousand?
There is no smart king will do a war without sharp calculation.
So, start make your plan today! You will benefit from this even if you don’t achieve what you’ve targeted.
Why?
Because you can then compare the results with your plan and found out what went wrong. Then you can fix it and move forward.
Here’s a list of what you can do in the next 24 hours:
1. Plan how you will bring traffic for this week.
2. Plan how you will capture email addresses this week.
3. Plan how you are going to make sales this week.
4. Plan how you are going to create a product this week.
5. Plan how you are going to take vacation this week (no play makes Jack a dull boy).
Have a breakthrough this week!
