Create Your “To Be” List
Many gurus often tell you to create your “To Do” list to improve your productivity.
Yet, it is actually an effective tool to help you accomplish your tasks. However, there is a trap in this “To Do” list tool. You can end up doing one task to another one and forgetting what you want to achieve in the first place.
Stephen Covey points this problem in his “7 habits of highly effective people”. Besides, a “To Do” list, you should add a “To Be Achieved” list in your agenda. By recognizing what you want to achieve, you can set a priority in your “To Do” list. Thus, you can allocate your time primely to tasks that can help you achieve, whatever it is you want to achieve.
Now, I want you to add one more list in your agenda. It is a “To Be” list. It is a list of what kind of person you want be. Do you want to be famous? Do you want to be the best parents in the world?.
Setup this list as it is so important to navigate you when you create your “To Achieve” list and of course it will also inspired your “To Do” list.
And furthermore, you can use this “To Be” list to set a vision of what your company “should become”.
Do you have your “To Be” list yet? If you do, share it here!
