Many people who starts their online business get it wrong at the first time.

They focus their resources on the wrong stuff.

Here are my mistakes:

1. I thought I need a domain name
2. I thought I need a cool website
3. I thought I need a formal company

I spent my resources (mostly money) to setup those.

Don’t get me wrong. They are important if you run an online business.

But, when you are just starting, what matters and what you should focus on is about selling and marketing your product.

I learnt about this first from an Indonesian book about entrepreneurship and the second time is when I read Michael Masterson’s “Ready, Fire, Aim”. I recommend you to give this book a read.
