Blogging Editor - Windows Live Writer
This tool allows you to create your blog post offline and then upload the post to your blog when you are online.
The nicest feature is that it can handle multiple blogs. That way, you can just make posts for your various blogs in one sitting and then upload the posts at once, without having to login and logout into your blogs.
